It is not a long time after cenetary of Cinema in Iran.
In the ups and downs of this cenetary, anything that had been or there is should be concerned as a history bearing lots of lessons in its every moment to be learned.
That wouldn't be of no use that the intellectual and thoughtful new generation interested in cinema, beyond all the veils of this cenetary look at the nature of cinema; At those highlights in which human respect, attention to this land identity, passion for life and trying to form a world that is full of truth and affection, have been the first words of our filmmakers.
We are not too far from watching and understanding these films and filmmakers, many of them are living among us and breathing along with us. We should just probe again the proper kind of looking and understanding the truth in ourselves.
The Cinematheque of Tehran Museum of Contemporary Arts, in its new term and activity is looking for knowing and analyzing these highlights in Iran's Cinema.
