The rise and development of Iran's artistic cinema, which has a special approach toward deep human concepts more than ever, necessitates attention to an intellectual cinema. Now, it is not the time to talk about the necessity to feature masterpieces of cinema for the youth, as it has been discussed time and again.
Today, we have to pay attention to the inborn concepts and values of great works of cinema from the Iranian youth point of view who, on the verge of an intellectual enlightenment, have an ever-increasing need for a deep recognition and true understanding of the arts - especially cinema. The cinematheque of Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art hopes to be successful as in the past.
