Unit of Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art,
14th Quarterly Program, Winter of 2002
In its evolution from a mere
technological phenomenon to a full fledge from of art,
cinema has witnessed many developments. Filmmakers
touched by ongoing thought process of their society .
Equal attention accorded to philosophy and cinema is
clearly visible in filmmakers' experiments, but a sharp
mind is needed to detect it.
We hope that the Cinematheque lays the grounds for its
member and other movie -lovers to recognize these
experiences.

Saturdays and Wednesdays. TM Criticism and examination sessions
will be held on Wednesdays at the end of each
viewing section. TM The doors of the projection hall
will be closed at the exact indicated times. TM Attendance of viewers below 15
years of age prohibited. TM Membership of the Cinematheque's
can be applied for at the Tehran Museum of
Contemporary Art, Noth Kargar Ave., Next to
Laleh Park.
